Order Cancellations
It is possible to cancel your order for any item purchased from TAGBO.co.uk before it is dispatched. Order cancellations must be made by emailing customer care customercare@tagbo.co.uk, quoting your order number within 24 hours of the order being made.

Note: This is applicable to orders that are waiting to be dispatched.

If however your order has already dispatched, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

Return or exchange an item

In the unfortunate event that you need to return any products to us, please be rest assured that we have a simple process provided to ensure that your queries are dealt with promptly and accordingly.

How to return your product
Please complete the returns form enclosed in your package. You must complete section A of the form ticking the reason code on why you wish to return the item. Ensure you return the items to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

We recommend that you use an insured courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery as we do not accept liability for any products that are lost or damaged during transit.

We will email you upon receipt of the product. If we have not emailed you then please assume that the product has not arrived with us and contact your postal service providers.

Note: Item(s) ordered can be returned and exchanged for another item within 14 days of receipt, if the item is returned in their original state within 14 days of receipt. TAGBO.co.uk will not be liable to the postage cost of returns or exchange of items and will remain the responsibility of the customer.

How to Exchange your product
Please complete the returns form enclosed in your package stating the reason for the exchange. You must complete section B of the form ticking a reason code as to why you wish to exchange.

We will email you upon receipt of the product. If we have not emailed you then please assume that the product has not arrived with us and contact your courier service.

Note: Item(s) ordered can be exchanged for another item within 14 days of receipt, if the item is returned in their original state within 14 days of receipt. Any cost levied on the return or exchange of an item is the responsibility of the customer and TAGBO.co.uk do not offer refund on postage cost.

How to return a Faulty Item
Please complete the faulty item returns form enclosed in your package clearly stating the fault in the product. Complete the form in the section C if the item is faulty.

We will email you upon receipt of the product. If we have not emailed you then please assume that the product has not arrived with us and contact your courier service.

Note: Item(s) ordered can be exchanged for another item within 14 days of receipt, if the item are returned in their original state with 14 days.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please complete the Section D of the form enclosed in your package.

We will email you upon receipt of the product. If we have not emailed you then please assume that the product has not arrived with us and contact your courier service.

Note: Wrong Item(s) received can be exchanged for another item within 14 days of receipt, if the item is returned in their original state.

Receiving a Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping charges where appropriate.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.



• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

General Returns Guideline

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.



• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.



• When trying on shoes, please ensure that you are not wearing feet talcum, lotion or liquid solution on your feet which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will not refund an item if there are starches on the soles of the shoes and it is evident that the shoes have been worn. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Accessories care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your accessories by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
